Michael Perillo, CPA, CVA
President, CEO & Founder
Mike Perillo is responsible for setting corporate strategy, executive management and operations, including business and project development, finance and delivery of services. Perillo leverages his experience as a CPA along with his corporate and energy experience to assist clients in developing solar projects that maximize value through efficient ownership, financing and utilization of federal, state and utility incentives. Prior to founding Dynamic Solar, Perillo provided financial controllership and valuation services to companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region specializing in SEC and regulatory compliance, operations and risk management, and business valuations.
Perillo began his career in the business assurance practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, where he served clients ranging from middle market companies to large multi-national corporations with a concentration in the materials, manufacturing and energy sectors. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Brett Thibodeau
Chief operating officer
Brett Thibodeau is responsible for operations of Dynamic Solar including business and corporate development, planning, and general business processes. With extensive experience in solar, Thibodeau’s operational, financial and development background provides clients significant, experience-based counsel on project structuring and execution. Prior to joining Dynamic Solar, Thibodeau worked for Uni-Solar and SunPower, two of the world’s largest solar manufacturers and systems providers, gaining international experience in solar project development. He previously worked in the commercial building industry with the leading U.S. roofing and building products manufacturer, CertainTeed. Thibodeau began his career with LaSalle Partners in commercial real estate finance. He received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Ron Coleman, CPA
Chief Financial Officer & Controller
Ron Coleman is responsible for the accounting, financial and risk management, and business processes of Dynamic Solar. He has more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience in both public and private companies, primarily in high growth construction and utility services firms. Prior to joining Dynamic Solar, Coleman served as Corporate Controller for Unitek USA, LLC, a large cable services company. He also served as Director of Accounting for InfraSource Inc., a $1 billion NYSE-traded Utility Services Company. Previously, Coleman spent 12 years with Verizon and its predecessor, Bell Atlantic, serving in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility including Controller for several of Verizon’s high-growth subsidiaries.
Ron began his career with Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Philadelphia in the Audit Practice. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and his Master of Business Administration from Penn State University.
Michael R. Cromer, P.G.
Vice president of Operations
Mike Cromer is responsible for permitting, engineering oversight and company operations at Dynamic Solar. Cromer has more than 10 years experience in the environmental engineering field, managing large-scale environmental construction projects. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in Delaware and Pennsylvania with a broad range of experience working in the Mid-Atlantic region in the fields of solid waste management, land development, brownfield redevelopment, industrial compliance, site remediation, water and wastewater utility permitting, and construction management. Before joining Dynamic Solar, Cromer launched a renewable energy services division within his previous engineering and construction services firm where he gained experience in site development and permitting for ground based solar farms and commercial rooftop systems. His diverse background results in seamless permitting and overall project efficiency.
Mike obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geo-environmental Studies from Shippensburg University and a Master of Science in Earth Science/ Hydrology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
David Deutsch
Vice President of Business Development
& Project Finance
David Deutsch is responsible for business development and project finance at Dynamic Solar. David's diverse financial and solar experience enables him to help clients maximize value and minimize risk associated with their development projects. Mr. Deutsch has a combined 15 years of experience in the energy and renewables industries. Prior to joining Dynamic Solar, David ran his own solar development company and worked for Mercury Solar, gaining invaluable experience developing solar projects throughout North America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Deutsch worked for various independent power producers, including Duke Energy and International Power, in project development and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, David worked in the commercial insurance industry as an actuary with Reliance Insurance.
Mr. Deutsch received his M.B.A. from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his B.A. from Lehigh University.
Ron Wedeking
Business Development
Mr. Wedeking is responsible for expanding Dynamic Solar’s efforts both regionally as well as across
North America and will concentrate on both EPC and Development growth opportunities. Ron has over
25 years of sales and project management experience with companies such as NCH (specialty chemicals),
Akzo Nobel (coatings) and Veolia (water and power).
Prior to Dynamic Solar, Ron joined Solar Nation as Director of Sales in 2009 and grew the company to
over 10 MW of installed projects by the end of 2010. As Vice President of Sales for REDCO, Ron grew
the solar distributed generation category to over 20MW of signed PPA’s.
Mr. Wedeking received his graduate degree from Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. and his B.A. from
Northwest University.
